Weekly news round up

Sunday worship on Sunday, 3rd November, will be held at Bellshill CENTRAL PARISH CHURCH, 346 Main Street, Bellshill. Step free access is available via the side path, disabled toilet facilities, and baby changing are available.  

We gather at 11am am for our morning service led by Mr Ian Douglas, our regular Reader. We always look forward to Ian leading our worship.

This being the 1st Sunday of the month. tea and coffee are served in the hall after the service.

Activities for young folks are available during the service for any young folks that come along with you.

HOPE FOR AUTISM NORTH LANARKSHIRE –  We continue to be the meeting place for Hope for Autism in Bellshill and Mossend. Two groups continue on Mondays at 19.00 – 22.00 and on Wednesdays at 10.00 – 12.00. The tabletop session and Dungeons and Dragons sessions are proving extremely popular with young folks in our community.



FORTHCOMING EVENTS AND AN INVITATION IS EXTENDED TO ALL. GROUP START DATES ALSO INCLUDED.


Funeral Service for Mary Baird will take place in Bellshill Central Parish Church on Wednesday 30th October at 12:30pm, with a committal at Holytown Crematorium at 1:30pm. Everyone is invited to the Scottish Lithuanian Club at Mossend after the committal.

Monday 4th November The Clothes Show.  Please pick up your tickets on Sundays at Church or email hello@bellshillcentral.church to reserve.

Sunday 10th November at 11.30am Town worship for Remembrance Sunday.

Each week, we collect non-perishable food items, cleaning products, and toiletries for the Orbiston Neighbourhood Centre’s Community Fridge Initiative. You can drop off items anytime we are open or bring them along on Sunday mornings.


The church floodlights are shining our RED during this season of remembrance as part of Poppy Scotlands Light up Red campaign.  Please visit https://www.poppyscotland.org.uk/ and click on donate to give to this worthy cause.
