Bellshill: Central Parish Church – we’re definitely still here and definitely still open, and we’d love to see you. Whether you were here not long ago or haven’t been for a long while, you will be guaranteed a warm welcome. we’re a growing church, and we’d love for you to be a part of it.

Sunday worship on 2nd November 2025 will be held at BELLSHILL: CENTRAL PARISH CHURCH, 346 Main Street, Bellshill, ML4 1BA.

We gather at 11am for our morning service, which is led by our locum reader Mr Ian Douglas.

Young Church (Sunday School and Creche) activities for young folks are available during the service for any young folks that come along with you. An interactive all age talk takes place before the activities begin. Children are welcome to gather in the church with their parents.

Step free access is available via the side path, disabled toilet facilities. Baby changing is available.  

Our service will be livestreamed via http://www.youtube.com/bellshillchurch if you’re not able to come along in person.

BLYTHSWOOD SHOEBOX APPEAL 2025  – we are pleased to have filled 34 shoe boxes this year and have delivered to Hillington to be delivered to needy adults and children in Eastern Europe. Many thanks to Jayne for coordinating and Carole for delivering.

REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY – town centre cenotaph act of Remembrance is led by our minister, Revd Margaret Rose. Those parading should assemble at 10.15am at the Cadet Hall.
The town centre worship service take place at 11.30am here at Bellshill Central Church.  All are invited to this service of worship and Remembrance.

CLOTHES SHOW at Bellshill Central takes place on Monday 10th November at 7pm and tickets are on sale from Anne Guy, or available to buy on the door on the night. Our world famous tea and goodies will be available.

ANNUAL TIME TO REMEMBER SERVICE in conjunction with Joseph Potts takes place here in Bellshill Central Parish Church on Friday 5th December at 7pm. It’s a safe space offered in our town centre Church, where you can remember a loved one whom you’ve loved and lost. We’ll pray, sing, light memorial candles, and share the names of those we have come to remember. Please email names to be included to ttr@bellshillcentral.church

HOPE FOR AUTISM NORTH LANARKSHIRE – sessions with Hope for Autism meet weekly. Sessions are on Mondays at 7 pm and Wednesdays at 10am. Please do pass the word around for all young adults who might benefit from HOPE FOR AUTISM support HOPE@hopeforautism.org.uk or Phone: 01236 779 191

Each week, we collect non-perishable food items, cleaning products, and toiletries for the Orbiston Neighbourhood Centre’s Community Fridge Initiative. You can drop off items anytime we are open or bring them along on Sunday mornings. 

Bellshill Central Parish Church is here for you. We are your church of Scotland presence in the town centre, Orbiston and Mossend, and surrounding area.
