On Sunday mornings, we’re the Church of Scotland in Bellshill

Our back-to-school service is a church service held at the beginning of the school year to pray for pupils, teachers, and the school community.
Our service will include:

Bellshill Central Church is still open, and we’d love to see you. Whether you were here not long ago or haven’t been for a long while, you will be guaranteed a warm welcome.

Sunday worship on 3rd August will be held at BELLSHILL CENTRAL PARISH CHURCH, 346 Main Street, Bellshill. Step free access is available via the side path, disabled toilet facilities. Baby changing is available.
We gather at 11am for our morning service, which is led by Rev Margaret ES Rose, BD. All are welcome.
Tea and coffee are served in the hall afterwards, please stay behind.
Although official Young Church is on summer holidays, activities for young folks are available during the service for any young folks that come along with you. An interactive all age talk takes place before the activities begin. Children are welcome to gather in the church with their parents.
Our service will be livestreamed via http://www.youtube.com/bellshillchurch, if you’re not able to come along in person.
A joint Kirk Session and Board meeting with Presbytery representatives from planning and implementation takes place on 4th August at 7.30pm in the church. All trustees are requested to attend.
We are hosting a BACK TO SCHOOL SUNDAY on 10th August here at Church beginning at 11am and led by Ian Douglas. All local schools are invited along. Mum’s, Dad’s, children, teachers etc. Young folks are invited to bring their school bags along to be blessed.

Each week, we collect non-perishable food items, cleaning products, and toiletries for the Orbiston Neighbourhood Centre’s Community Fridge Initiative. You can drop off items anytime we are open or bring them along on Sunday mornings.
