New Year Prayer
This New Year,
We are reminded that by Your amazing grace,
Each day is new,
Fresh and bursting with love,
From here to eternity.
Thank you Lord.
Our Sunday services continue each week at 11am at 346 Main Street, where we encourage you to #comeasyouare to worship and experience the warmth and love of a Christian family on a journey of faith together.
This Sunday, 6th January, our minister Keven de Beer starts a series based on his book Fifteen Minutes to Read. The first talk is an Introduction to the bible. The bible readings are 2nd Timothy 3:10-17 and Luke 19:1-27. Our hymns include Psalm 146 O Lord Thou art my God and King, Spirit of God, and Lord for the years. We introduce a new sung blessing May the God of Peace go with us, sung to the Scottish tune Ae fond kiss.
After Church we invite everyone to join with us in the Hall for our first teas and coffees of the new year.
All welcome. #comeasyouare ** Please do come and take part in our worship our doors are always open and a warm welcome awaits you. The service is live streamed as usual via our YouTube channel just visit our website to take part.
The final amount raise during December for our #goodcauses was a staggering £766. This was split between Lanarkshire Cancer Care (£406) and Women’s Aid in Motherwell and District (£360). Everyone’s generosity has help needed and vulnerable folks in our community. #thankyou
