Sunday worship 13th March 2022

Good morning!

Sunday worship from Central Church begins as usual at 11am in person and online

Our theme this week is The Face of Freedom, and we celebrate the Sacraments of Baptism and Holy Communion both in the one service.

Bellshill Central is your Town Centre Church with a warm and welcoming Church Family waiting to say hello.

Our Sunday School has resumed during morning worship so we look forward to welcoming families along to our time of worship

There will be a retiring offering at this weekends service in aid of the Scottish Bible Society Ukraine Appeal. If you can please give if you can. If you are an online worshipper please donate using this link

Our services are slowly returning back to normal and it’s great to be able to gather together to worship God

This week we’re singing (with masks) 5 main hymns (and a short welcome and blessing song) in our service and we have something for everyone

  • Here O my Lord we see you face to face
  • Great God your love has called us here
  • Baptised in water
  • Shine Jesus Shine
  • How deep the Father’s love
  • God of freedom, God of Justice
  • May God’s blessing surround you each day

If you are coming along in person there are still some COVID precautions in place

  • You must remain physically distanced (at least 1m) at all times.
  • Facemasks must be worn at all times, unless you are exempt
  • If you join in to sing you MUST wear a facemask.
  • Sanitize your hands entering and exiting the building.

Online worship is available from around 10.45am. Don’t worry if you cant join us in person!

The watch live page on our website will be updated with a new live stream link

Just go to

Kevin’s theme for the service is Face of Freedom, with the reading being from Genesis 15:5-18 (reader is Stanley Cook)

We look forward to welcoming you whatever way you choose to worship

Blessings.

  1. For Reverend Kevin de Beer and The Church. Thank you for posting your deeply moving Sunday Worship and Prayer notice, The wonderful theme of Freedom. And Christenings combined with Holy Sacrament. I will join you in thoughts and prayers, and being alone, with breaking bread and drinking red fruit juice. With enormous gratitude. Lee
