Sunday worship on 18th September will be led by our minister the Revd Kevin de Beer at 11am in the Church at 346 Main Street.
The service will be live streamed for those not able to worship in person.
Our Sunday School meets at 10.45am in the hall. They join us for the first bit of the service then continue their fun in the hall.
A book of condolence will be available after worship on 18th September following the death of HM The Queen. It is located in the Church just outside the vestry.
We will live stream the State Funeral of HM The Queen at the church so those wishing to see this sad but historic event can do so together with other members of the community, friends and family. The Church will be open from 10am and afterwards, allowing more people to sign the Book of Condolence.
People have been leaving flowers and messages at the church entrance, and this visible tribute us testimony to how respected and loved HM The Queen was. Please add more if you wish.
The church will be open between 6pm and 7pm on Thursday 15th September to allow people to sign the Book of Condolence.
Please note that some meetings during the National Period of Mourning may be cancelled at short notice, please check with group leaders of any changes.
Looking ahead: Carpet bowls resume on 21st September at 2pm in the hall.
Church Choir resumes 21st September at 7.30pm in the hall.
Rainbows, Guides and Brownies meet each week and if you want your daughter to come along please register on the Guiding website.
Tuesday walkers will meet on 20th September at 7pm. Please email hello@bellshillcentral.church if you are coming so we can let you know where we’re beginning from! We walk for around an hour then enjoy a cuppa and a chat.
Monday prayer group will not meet on 19th Sept due to the State funeral, but will reconvene via Zoom the following week.
Kirk Session and Congregational board will meet on Tuesday 27th Sept at 7.30pm. This is an important meeting, a full attendance is requested.
The 100th episode of the Organist entertains will be produced during September. We have a special message from the current Moderator of the Church of Scotland and will include some music as a memorial to people who have meet us. If you want to be included email Organist@bellshillcentral.church
